Their ultimate search for the right partner, who they can fully trust, is constantly evolving as they need that ONE person who can help them navigate through some of these dark times.

A personal observation

Capricorns do not need aid or assistance in navigation, they have a hard heart and a strong mind. Dark times are dark times and best handled within one's own mind.

AH THE DEBAIT HAS BEGUN

I was just throwing a twist on your question. 🙂

To answer it seriously, in my opinion, cappy lives equally in both the dark and the light. To really appreciate the light, cappy needs to experience the dark. Eventually the light is too harsh and cappy retreats to the dark. It's a viscious cycle.

One extreme to the next.
