This Capricorn guy keeps staring at me?

He keeps staring at me even when I looked away? What is this man thinking really? I really like him and my heart flutters real bad every single time he stares at me like that. I caught him staring at me a lot of times already...This happened every single time we met, this has been going on for 1 semester already, is this a sign that he likes me? Or is he just amused to see my fluttered face or is he just playing me like what a Taurus did to me before? I'm really confused...I wanted to try and approach him but from what I've read, a Capricorn doesn't really like the girl to make the first move. I have his number but I really don't know what to do. 😢 I'm a cancer by the way.

Engage him. The reason things say we prefer to initiate is because of the traditional jargon and the fact most men will...not to mention women tend to go too far and relinquish too much.

Taking into account the other things you've read about us being sure and such, in the grand scheme it doesn't matter who got the ball rolling. You already have his number, so unless you lifted it there's already a decent rapport between you two.

Isn't it? And not to mention so slooow~ , but my past relationships have all been Earth signs, Virgos and Taurus. This is the first Capricorn I'm ever interested in.
