I agree with yall. I was just trying to keep it light hearted! lol!
I guess it I had to describe it in one word, that word would be comfort. The comfort to say, the comfort to do, the comfort to ask, the comfort to just be. Many people arent completely comfortable in their relationships. Id see that as a problem if I wasnt comfortable, and it would definitely be a problem if I noticed he wasnt completely comfortable being all of himself around me. How could anyone ever feel insecure if comfort was there?

Lol No, that's just a long term relationship. LolTo me, intimacy means to know a person inside out and vice versa. I don't just mean to know their interests, what makes them smile, and what inspires them.
But to know all of that and then some. To be comfortable enough to show each other the good, the bad, and the ugly, and to know you will still be there at the end of the day. To literally know each other inside out. Like a mother knows her child or how close sisters know each other.
It's actually harder to put into words than I thought it would be! lol
I thought THAT was what a long term relationship was (but, including farts) 😛

Just for fun, what does true intimacy mean to you?
I always thought it was when you were so comfortable with each other, you could fart in front of each other and neither one of you cared. lol!
