Cappies often find relaxation through soothing music, such as orchestral or symphony pieces, which help calm the mind and reduce anxiety. Engaging in calming activities aligns with their need for balance and helps alleviate pressure from overthinking or stress.
My Cappie likes: watching tv, drinks, good sex 🙂 music. Being alone when he's exhausted. He loves looking at his view of the ocean and mountains.
Depends on my stress level. If it's the every day grind then a great movie, book, bath, work out and amazing sex ‰ .
If it critical stress i.e. Partner acting crazy, friends acting crazy, job is overwhelming then Xanax, wine, massage or meditation/ yoga.
All this amazing sex talk is making me want to have sex now. Lol

Drinks, good love making, music, reading, walking in nature, sleeping, movies, baths. My mind is running right now & has been for a few months. Wish I could find the off switch so my headache would go away and I could get peaceful sleep.
I always try to be in bed by 10...but never fall asleep until around mid night...just laying there..thinking.
I'll try to take a shower to relax me, drink tea, etc before...but still laying there thinking away.
I even took melatonin to help me sleep... and I fought through it. Fml.
I hope you can get some rest.

Yes!. If I could be outdoors all day every day, without getting a pounding headache, I would.
Off topic, but Ive also noticed that my Cap friend, my mothers Cap ex, myself, and sometimes my father all suffer from constant headaches. Ive always thought that was weird.

We work hard, our minds are usually always on, and put a lot of pressure on ourselves.
Right now, I'm sick but feel antsy like, I'm supposed to be doing something.
I'm getting into symphany/orchestra music and it seems to be doing the trick.
Currently listening to I Give Up by Elijah Bossenbroek, and I'm chillin.
What does the trick for you?
