What would cause a Capricorn man to have no drive or passion in life?

He is probably going through the typical Saturn thing every Capricorn goes through. Times of serious restriction and huge limitations. But it's all apart of their "growing" thing or whatever. If they fight hard enough, eventually they accomplish and get what they want. They battle Saturn on the daily though. Kind of like how so many Libra Suns, 7th House Suns and Libra Ascendants I've noticed get tested very harshly in love throughout their lives. Huge lessons to learn involving love and relationships.
I did NOT know that about Libra ASC. That's some serious bullshit. Like come on man. I've had enough. 😓
I have also noticed this with my Cap sun and Pisces moon brother. His contract came to an end with a certain job and I think he did not meet the required targets for the contract to e renewed. His past relationships haven't been successful and so is his professional school. He runs a business though.

shit you made me realize something, I'm actually 7th house libra sun with 7th house libra Saturn lol I think I'm more like my midheaven 10th house capricorn these days because my ass is done with women and dating. Lol funny
Why can't some Caps be passionless, broke, and non driven in peace?
Where do the expectations come from? The astrological descriptions?
It seems like the other signs get a certain peace that we don't get to experience, or maybe I'm just sensitive.
