It is more about what U think and speak of first - and then how do U equate and balance things. Mumbai's plight may surely be a result of an attitude problem but such attitudes are also formed and supported by certain structural factors. And when someone speaks of Mumbai's charm which is characterized by itz spirit and operating style - a part of which may be selfish and unwholesome.
