Never been attacked,
but when married we would occasionally find a cat on the bed, just casually washing as if nothing was going on.
Now single I find it difficult to be alone with myself. Usually before I can accomplish anything a cat will sit on the nightstand patiently watching, waiting for me to finish so they can get on the bed to sleep.
I love cats but I have realized I would not ever be able to bring a stranger home for the night and expect any privacy.
