Can someone please read my chart and tell me anything that stands out? 5 planets in retrograde?
Not an expert, but you seem interesting, with Scorpio moon in the first house and a gemini stellium of Mars, Venus and Mercury , traits quite contradictory. Check also Chiron and the node in 12th. Study your chart, it's worth it. 🙂

My chart is really confusing and I do not know how to interpret it? My main concern if anyone can explain why love life CONSTANTLY fails. It's always the moms unexpected and worst possible betrayal ever. Is there any indicators explaining why within my chart? Always how do all the retrogrades impact me? Anything else stand out?
