Capricorn's chart interpretation - help needed

I'm admiring, how symmetrical it is, so you can see now how advanced I am 🙂 But seriously, I learned something about planets' position impact on one's behavior and other aspects of their peronality. But the thing is, I don't know anything about houses and how to blend it all together.

Houses are the angles you do from earth to planets, at the time of birth.

So you got angles when born, and then universe is on the move, the angles also move, giving difffent behaviors for everyone. Angles learn, Planets dont (they are pure energy).

In other way, Animals dont know angles, dont learn, their actions are pure energy.
