I have a question

I want to do my friends chart but don't have the birth time. I have birthday & place of birth. What aspects of the chart will be off/wrong without a birth time ? Thank you in advance (:

Is time of birth a question that a horary chart can possibly answer? Astrologers say the answers are contained in the horary chart no matter the question,though it would be difficult to pinpoint time within the chart unless the time is indicated by the degree and minutes of a planet. I think i read a example question that spoke about confusion over birth time, and the astrologer found the answer through a horary chart.

Their houses cannot be considered into account.

That also means their angles like Asc/IC/Desc/MC and Vertex cannot be included in the reading.

Aspects to moon cannot be considered.

Just to make sure you got this, disregard any aspects from planets to angles. Eg. Sun on IC, Venus trine MC

Ok i think I got it lol can the actual moon & Venus be at least considered ?
