Planets on late degrees?

Hi, what do you think about this positions?Mercury 28° Aries
Venus 29° Gemini
Mars 29° Libra
Mars is retrogard and stayed in Scorpio before it did go back one degree.
How would you regard them? Since they are very personal planets I'm wondering if the could already be regarded as Taurus-Mercury, Cancer-Venus and Scorpio-Mars.
I feel it would fit better to me, but what do you think?
no yours not changed. from what i've read, late degrees are not very good.
sadly i also have couple of late degrees.

I was born in the morning. Mercury and Libra changed to Taurus and Cancer in the evening.
Mars is retrogard and stayed in Scorpio before it did go back one degree.
