Solar Return chart - how does it work?

When you're constructing/writing everything out. How do you go about it? It must differ from the natal in some ways when analyzing it. I am looking at mine currently and curious about some aspects.

What would it mean if your Venus & Mars are conjunct in the 7th house? I also have Jupiter in the 7th.

Some of the difficult aspects are the Moon opposing Uranus, Uranus square Pluto, Neptune square Saturn and Sun square ascendant.

However most of the aspects are positive.

My Chiron is in the first house however, which slightly worries my only because most of my natal planets are in the first house, so will this bring setbacks? or will it bring learning/enlightenment?

So this is your solar return chart...for this year...but the chart doesnt show your original one...so what's the point?
Anyway I do synastry charts, entering my DOB, and the today's date. Shows you exactly what each planet is doing in relation to your birth chart.

@bricklemark to be honest I barely knew what I was doing to get this picture on here, so I would say that should show enough of the intel I have in this area LOL! Granted I did see the option to do both together, but I didn't know you needed both. Whoops. I'm kind of trying to research and learn on my own. I am just grasping my own natal and kind of how to do progressed. Solar return is a completely new one for me, so I have little to no idea what I'm doing. Good to know I need the side by side though! Thanks!

Also the synastry is an intriguing idea. I never even thought of that. That's something I will also explore.
