Dream came true

There's a girl at work - I feel a strange, strong pull towards. She was away from work for a week. On Monday night I had a dream I was visiting her in hospital. The reason for her being there wasn't clear but I remember arriving to visit her in the hospital. The Tuesday morning (very next day) she arrived at work - bandaged arm and walking uncomfortably from being in an accident.

Freaked me the hell out.

Any thoughts?

I don't mean accidents.. I mean dreams coming true..

I know its probably a premonition, but....a "hospital" dream may simply capture an everyday thought such as "our relationship is not very healthy and happy". In that way your dream uses health in its wider definition.
