I keep having dreams about centipedes

These are demonic attacks. They fight unfairly and happen in your sleep. Try to repent and get deliverance. People look at me weird when I say that but the people here are more spiritual it seems.

i've had a few apocalyptic/rapture dreams as well and i always found peace in them.

I had a reoccurring dream that I was out jogging (never gonna happen) and got kidnapped and held on an old school bus parked in the woods. There were about a dozen other captives there too.

Would this be because of my sensitivity. I feel like I sense much more than I should because I lack a filter to help me with that.
Would a spiritual teacher be able to help with that or is this strictly in the realm of psychotherapy and my subconscious?

Yes absolutely
I did both....just go with your gut feeling
One of the most powerful healings i had was Shaman healing. It goes really deep and literally helps get rid of the demons.

It's ironic, because my mom just told me that they are going to start shutting down the power at a certain time? I don't know how true that is. But it's weird to me.
Anyways that is so nice you had such a strong dream about belief. I hope I can have one of those dreams soon, because I feel very lost about a lot of things. So many things I don't know what to believe. But I have too many moments of going in and out of not feeling good.
I need a sign from god.

I had a dream about 10 years ago that actually changed my life. I was in my mid-40's and I had unimaginable wealth. I owned buildings and businesses all over the place. It was a financially prosperous time for me but I wasn't able to really truly enjoy being rich. All the stuff I owned and property during this point in my dream were basically being used as a fortress of some kind - perhaps for myself or others. Around me and the entire city I was in (appeared to be New York or Chicago) was mayhem, rioting, looting, and there were rumors of martial law taking place.
During this time it was legal to be a Christian but it was illegal to mention it or preach the gospel. Freedom of speech of all kinds was outlawed. Power across the city would go in and out. And even though it was early morning, for some reason the sun would be very dim and it was dark in actual form and in the attitude of the environment. It wasn't outright fear, it was more of a distant impending fear, but a current of permeated melancholy throughout the environment.
I went to the roof of a skyscraper I owned. On the 4 corners of the building were expressively large neon lights that had the ability to broadcast "Jesus Is Lord" on each corner of the building. But they were never activated due to the new laws that had apparently taken place. This morning, however, I turned them on. And I began to conduct fireworks to draw attention to it in the dream. I conducted them like an orchestra.
I remember very distinctly that the decision to turn the lights on and light the fireworks could be one of the last things I would do. It had seemed that all the physical accumulation was meant for this point in time. I believe I was either arrested after or killed but I don't remember and I didn't write that part down. The dream ended here.
