worm in my left eye

I dreamed i was looking into the mirror and i notice something thick and moving just below the surface of my left eyeball. So i put my fingers into my eye and proceeded to grab a hold of the worm. I pulled and pulled and pulled and a thick wriggling grey worm came out. I repeated this 3more times until i woke up. I felt disgusted but also adamant to remove all of the worm. What could this dream mean? I've never had a bizarre dream like this before.

Sounds like there might be a part of yourself you find disgusting or unsavory.

Your subconscious wants to remove it or get rid of it.

Probably telling you to put yourself under a microscope and examine some bad habits or a behavior you engage in that is a reflection of self-loathing...

It's a positive dream because it's indicating self awareness and a desire to deal with it, what ever it is.
