Thanks Crustacea! I will check that out.
@misopretty Thank you so much! That all sounds really good!
@theultra79 I'm not into juicing, but I do the smoothies alot. One of my faves is applejuice, banana, and kale. It's a great way to get your veggies in and you don't taste the kale! I always keep frozen mixed berries on hand too. Have you tried the meditteranean veggie sandwich at panera bread? I am addicted to it. I always get it without the feta. It is sooo good!
Yeah one time I let it sit and it did get soggy. I always eat it right away now. I always buy my organic kale at Whole Foods. I try to buy organic as often as possible, but when I can't afford it, My city Farmers Market will do in a pinch.

The vegetarian from Jimmy johns is REALLY good.
I tried it and I liked it! I make it vegan by asking for no cheese or mayo and I get it on the whole grain bread. I add veganaise to it too!

Hello all! I just went vegetarian about a month ago. I'm a student and mom, so I'm always on the go. I was wondering if anyone had any quick recipe ideas or snack ideas. I would greatly appreciate it!
