I was thinking of this for some reason and I looked at a friend's blog. there you have it - mussels.
Sometimes synchronicity is amazing.

They're defo not scallops. Scallops have a fan-like shell.
They're clams. But I see mussels and clams as relatively the same thing.

My birthday is next week and I was thinking about what kind of cake that I wanted. One of my faves is tiramisu, so I Googled recipes. However, instead of making it on my special day, I think I will go out for it instead.
