saute mushrooms, celery and onions in butter or oil until tender. Dissolve bouillion in water. Add sausage, mushrooms mixture and remaining ingredents, mix well. Stuff turkey just before roasting. Excess stuffing in greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.
