Best oatmeal raisin cookies I've ever had are Cook's Illustrated's Big Chewy Oatmeal-Raisin cookies. I impressed a few people when I made them.
Not my photo - this is from the Cook's Illustrated website. Not fancy looking, but definitely amazing taste.
VERY HEALTHY and delicious!
There's these ones at the bakery I always buy.. pretzel caramel. Bits of crushed pretzel in the cookies. So good.
