Advice on trying or leaving?

I'll keep this as brief as possible! Met this Gem girl online (we're gay). She was going through rough times with her taurus GF, I was also with my cap GF. We connected in that sense from the get go, have heaps in common. We've both since talking have ended our relos with our girls and are single. We've been talking almost everyday for 4 months now and have hung out a handful of times and even had one drunken night back at her house where things got really heated but never went the full way.

She has cut me off twice now. First time she completely cut and blocked me off everything over something insensitive I said out of frustration which really upset and offended her. I apologised countlessly and sent her a long email explaining how much I cared and didnt want to completely lose her.. she came back to me not long after that and things were going well again. A week later I had major dramas with my ex who involved this Gem girl and she once again cut me off and blocked me so I got desperate and waited for her outside her apartment after her work. She wasnt impressed but kept smiling and then turning serious anyway I tried apologising and she basically said she doesnt want to deal with dramas, once I've dealt with my ex issues like a big girl to contact her and that "I never ever want to hear your ex's name again". I left it for a few days and sent her a text. She replied following day apologising for the delay. We've sent a text or two and she has taken her time respoding (always day after). My question is, I want to get back in her good books but unsure how this time without rushing it? Im impulsive and I want action now!!! I really like this girl and figure she must like me also to a degree considering she's still talking to me when I am practically no one to her and she could easily never speak to me again given the drama I've brought to her life.

She had opened up to me ALOT and she doesnt do that easily and was trusting me and I stuffed it up... TWICE but she's still speaking to me even if the texts are once a day and short. Now she's cold and closed up. How do I get her back??

My advice is send her one last text apologizing for your behavior, telling her how important she is to you, and then let her know you will give her her space and hope she can find it in her heart to forgive you.

Then give her space. Real space, don't text her or like her facebook posts, grams, tweets, etc. She needs time to let go of her anger and resentment and remember the good. She needs time to really miss you.

I know it was definitely creepy. She asked what I was doing and why I didnt just call her and I said because I didnt think you'd answer and I figured the only way to speak to you was this way by seeing you. Her response was that if she wanted to speak she'd answer and if she didnt she wouldnt. I just dont understand why she is still speaking to me considering the circumstances!

I would give space, too. I understand wanting things to happen now, but sometimes patience really is a virtue.
