I will wait for a while since she just broke up with her bf if that happens and i will tell her how i feel and if she doesnt feel the same i will accept it and if she still wants me to be her friend i will and i will move one i guess

This is my issue with this whole approach. You say that you would settle for being friends. Wouldn't it or shouldn't it also apply if she is single?I just think you need to be honest about the fact that you're willing to settle for being her friend until you have an opening.
I get that telling yourself: 'nah, we're just pals' seems like the safest route. But you're setting yourself up for disappointment, imo, as deep down (or maybe not so deep down) you know you want more.
youre right i do want more but right now i can only settle for being friend we are just beginning to get close and i have a tendency to be a coward with the person i like the rejection terrifies me that is why i always end up being friends with the person i like and not telling them even if they are available

IMO, you're not being very honest with yourself and her. You're friends with her, BUT you have a hidden agenda.
I would suggest if you've decided to be friends with her, that you make that conscious decision without ANY hidden agenda and NO promise of a possible future with her.
Otherwise, like @Feral_doe said, you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

right now im just getting use to the fact that i cant have her so maybe im not really going for that hidden agenda thing since im pretty much the kind that will be happy just to be there for the person that i like even if my heart hurts that i cant hold her the way that i want too but thanks 🙂

I have post recently about this taurus woman that i like and yesterday i had the opportunity to meet her again,since i know that i dont have a chance with her i accepted the fact that i want to be her friend so last friday i really pushed myself to act normal to her and natural and guess what she talked to me again and smile,we ended up sitting next to each other with our shoulder touching and damn she whispers to my ear like really close
her lips is literally on it that i can still feel her lips after she finish whispering. she started being responsive when i showed my childlike funny side again which i guess what made her intrigued and appoach me first,now i know that even though she talks to me first most of the time she can be shy so i need to move or else she will take it as ignoring her and i hugged her before we part ways it made my day 🙂 , Im just so happy with the outcome of it that i want to post it here i guess coz i dont have someone to share it with right now 🙂
