Gem guy/Virgo girl

So, I've seen on here a few times that virgo girls work pretty well with gem guys (I'm not saying they aren't, I'm getting somewhere with this). So, all of you gem boys, tell me something, what do you like about virgo women, and what do you dislike? I'll start by saying what I like and dislike about gemini guys (well, the ones I do like)since it's only fair.

They are fun.
Nothing seems to get them down.
They can be pretty supportive.
They are generally honest.
Attractive.
Intelligent.
Great conversationalists.
They generally seem to care about/want to help others
They make me laugh

What I dislike (these might be more biased, so you can also overlook these):

They can go poof like it's no one's business.
Sometimes their actions do no match their words (but, this can be for a lot of people, but I've seen this a lot in gems).
Even if we match on a mental level, I like to match on an emotional level too, and I haven't been able to achieve that too much with a gem.
Or on a sexual level, but that might just have been the gems I've dealt with.

1. I don't have a short butch haircut. It's pulled back. I have really curly hair.
2. The lipstick and the blue flannel is because the picture was taken moments before I was going to a costume party. After the picture was taken, I did may hair into a pompadour, sprayed it with silver spray, put on some fishnets and combat boots, and went to a costume party as a cracked out, hillbilly, lumberjack.
