gemini man driving me crazy

i posted before about the gemini man in my life.and looking back there is a huge difference between the past and now.i know him for a long period of time and since june we started talking less and the last few months he got more and more stubborn and impatient with me.

At one point i iced him out because i got fed up of being the giver and him on the receiving end.yes he did little things for me.protected me and always respectful towards me

now im not talking to him.what angers me is that there was a friend of mine he was closed to how iced him trice and he tried talking to her .but with me it seems like he doesnt bother he only stares with a question mark on his face!.i didnt stop talking to prove a point or play games i just needed a break.mind u we are not dating we are friends but i cant let him go.any insights on how to arrange the situation would be great !!

I am not jealous of the girls not even a little bit.i am frustrated and pissed off.because we were tight. and like i said since june the place we work at received new employees and from there we started drifting apart.maybe i played a part in it since im a gemini i get curious about people and new things and since they are nice dudes we shared thoughts and laughs and i even included the gem guy in.hes now friends with them too.but he was acting weird when i talked more to them and not him( jealous! )

So maybe because he felt left out he would give me the cold shoulder and took the wait and see approach.but afterwards we got to the point where if i dont talk he doesnt and when i do he does.i got fed up and now we arent talking...

Ok.i got that a long time ago.but we arent talking now so what to do?

@mutabull.i know you are busy but can u please help me.its about the same guy i posted about before.i talked to him About my feelings .he said that he understood and that he would make efforts which he did for a while but the cycle didnt end.its like he relaxes and lets me do all the initating and he responds back but wont act on his own.and lately ive been through some stress.so i stepped back and now we arent talking

i miss him and i want to talk to him but i cant get myself to do it anymore

I can only relate my own experience as a Gemini and with men in general. If I am interested in someone they will know. I don't usually initiate but I think that's more of me being a woman and not wanting to chase, not because I wouldn't otherwise. In general, I think men, especially gen men, will chase you if they want you. I would suggest moving on. If a man can go a long time without contacting you then he's probably not thinking about you. He's stringing you along. It's not fair, not nice, but it's life. Have more confidence that you deserve to be the first thing someone thinks about in the morning, the last thing they smile about at night, and feel genuinely loved. If not, you're asking for pain.
