i love this thread! such a great idea! 🙂
#'s 2, 4 and 5 will get me to post almost all the time! but, i would like to add...
1. if there will be a learning experience involved. (whether it be for another, or for me.)
2. if someone needs, or wants, genuine help.
3. if there's a post where i know the poster can find the info they are looking for, i will help that person to enable themselves... just cuz it will make them feel better if they accomplished the task themselves and with little direction/help.
for non-posting....
#'s 1-5 pretty much cover it!! altho, i will post, sometimes, if i feel someone needs to be reminded that we are all human and have flaws....

I respond if I actually have some experience about the issue at hand and feel I can add something useful. Or if I want to defend someone. That's about it.

I was just bored with the whole thing, to be honest..nothing against anyone in particular...I grew out of it.

What makes you respond, or not respond to particular posts? - For me, the following reasons dictate:
Response:
1. Post is legible (as in, I know you went to grade school at least. Where are your commas, question marks, periods, you at least attempt to spell correctly, etc.).
2. Post makes common sense (this shouldn't need an explanation).
3. Post is not worded like a third grader wrote it. (slang is okay, personal style of talking is okay, but please do communicate like an adult).
4. Post is comical 🙂 (for me, this almost dictates a response)
5. To show some love??_or give support.
No response:
1. Rudeness in asking or telling (come on, do I really need to explain this?).
2. Total and belligerent bashing of another, without justifiably stating what the —Read Deal?? is (as in, don't precede to come telling us —He/she is bla bla bla,?? and they do?? bla bla bla?? —He/she is the worst person in the world, a lowlife, never amount to anything, useless, piece of crap?? etc. In my opinion, the other person didn't just get that way overnight, you obviously saw the shit when you first hooked up, or at the least, the person had some redeeming qualities for why you dealt with them in the first place. Just sayin).
3. You made two, three, or more post to ask the same question, except you worded it a different way, all because you didn't like the answers you got on the initial post.
4. I just don't know (as in we can't all know everything about everything. I am a Gemini and I still understand this principle. If I know I don't have a clue about what is asked, there is no point to post.
5. Clear and obvious evidence that the person who posted is half ass telling the story (there are two sides to every story. If you know you did some foul shit to contribute to the situation, be real and own up)
6. I just don't like you (as in, I have read a lot of the BS you post and quite frankly find you ignorant and a total waste of space on the board. I'm not even going to bother to go to your thread when I see your name as the poster of that thread, just sayin).
