Had Enough

So I have been MIA for a while, been really going through a lot with this gem guy. I have decided to completely cut all ties. He has definitely showed me his crazy side, funny thing is I still love him regardless. He confessed he loves me deeply and just can't commit, okay that's okay with me. Just can't sleep with me any more and we are now friends only..he couldn't deal and text me almost everyday..so I block him..ugh my heart is torn but I know I have to take care of my needs, he says he understands but can't seem to let me go. He has a heirloom of woman he can choose from to have sex with, talk to or feel close to.
is this typical Gem Behavior for girls they love or just string along.

I agree. If he wanted to be in your life and truly loves you... He would make the time and effort to be with you and only you. Be strong and let this one go....

I agree that is why I cut him off..its killing me right now...thinking of our "closeness" only time will tell.

We will see if he continues to try and contact me via email or social media...ugh..are all gems this obsessive what could be driving him to do this..I mean damn like wtf

Anyone can be obsessed, but eventually he'll get tired of it and stop if you aren't responding, but he'll come back if he wants to be with you. Just don't settle for his nonsense and take him back no matter what he promises you.

It would be too soon if he told you that he wants to be exclusive now.

the thing is this he is honest sometimes to honest...don't think he would make a promise that he couldn't keep..I know he was very worried about hurting me..anyway...I will continue to live my life..if he wants to be a long term part of that life then he will if not oh well..one day we can be friends like were but now its too soon

I'm not saying that he might lie to you...but when someone is in panic mode, is fearful, then they can and often do things in the moment. But everything passes. You decided to get off of his rollercoaster so if he wants to stay on it that's on him. You have to be firm with a gem.

You know, you can love a man and still understand that he can't offer what you need and that you have to move on. I still very much love a man I used to date, but knew that we could never be together in the way I wanted. The love doesn't necessarily leave you- you just learn to focus on what you need in your life and to gravitate toward giving your energy to the kind of man who wants the same thing.

A gem will leave and return as many times as you let him. If he is not willing to commit....you are not the one for him. That is the case for men and women alike.
What you are doing is good. You have to mean what you say. Otherwise a Gem will loose respect for you.
