He seems to be both, Taurus and Gemini?

My boyfriend is a Taurus/Gemini cusp. At least I think so. He was born on May 20, 1976 and I am not sure if he's still a Taurus or already a Gemini because I don't know his birthtime and while playing around with his birth chart he could be also Gemini if he was born late in the evening.
That would explain his weird behaviour. Sometimes I have the feeling, I am talking to 2 people. For example he tells me
to call at 1.30pm and when I call he's like "But I told you to call at 1pm." Uhm no you didn't. It drives me crazy!

I have that quite often, when I asked him something, I receive an answer and later when I ask the same thing again,
I receive a different answer on the same topic.

He acts also like a Taurus because he seems to think he owns me. "We own each other" "You are my fianc?, my wife" Uhm no.

When I asked him once, what he likes about me, he said it's my personality. When I asked more, he said "Because you are
honest." Was that some kind of hint? lol
