A Taurus boss may be charming and supportive but maintaining professionalism is key. If his behavior crosses boundaries, consider addressing it directly or consulting HR. Focus on your work and reputation to ensure your career growth remains unaffected. Staying clear about your limits helps preserve your position without risking conflicts.

Taurus not only pulls me in a huddle when ever he sees me, and places his hand on my shoulder to say good job! Last night as I was leaving he and my boss were in a huddle so I went over to say goodnight he slips his hand into mine and proceeds to hold mine in his the whole time then he asks me to dance in front the whole company! I think I can handle him, but its my peers that concern me. Everyone is watching me and I dont want to alienate others or appear that I am sleeping my way to the top!
When I told him this on dance floor he said simply dont give a tree trunk what these people think. This man is major..he owns and has a CFO, CEO, COO, and numerous vice presidents one of which happens to be my boss! I am middle management and he is of course a married Taurus with kids!
I am not interested in him, but I do want to maintain my position and growth!
