FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real.

Think about this....our thoughts create our actions, our actions then create our lives, therefore...what we think is what we are and what we become.

We are very powerful creatures who do not know the unlimited powers that our mind contains. Hmmm.....just some thoughts to ponder.

hhmmmm......sounds like you haven't really experienced fear - where your body acts independently to you mind and no amount of positive thinking can stop it.

I can understand applying your post to anxiety, however i think sometimes people are inclined to underestimate the all-consuming qualities of fear.

i think i'd rather be feared than loved - actually i don't know - either one works in its own context - but then fear is such an integral part of love anyway - the whole transgressing of boundaries etc.
