here's some basic information on our ruling planet, I've seen better pictures in an astronomy book, it looks like a small pock marked and cratered ball of cheese although this planet is actually a dense rocky metal terrestrial planet. Planet Mercury is apparently an elusive planet, elusive to high technology telescopes and its probabable that there is more concrete information and planetry images of Mars and Venus which are terrestrial planents (in contrast with gaseous planets) than there is for Mercury itself.
