YES! Ive had this happen twice??_ the first person ended up becoming my best friend to this day (after a few rounds of relieving all that tension!) and the second person is my ex boyfriend's brother, so THAT I wont be touching with a 10ft pole lmao.
Next time you see him, TALK TO HIM! Could be the start of a great companionship!
