Is anyone clinically bi-polar here and how did you manage your life with it? I used to date girls with bi-polar (somehow or another) and have been diagnosed with BP2 a year ago. Did any of you struggle keeping a balanced life with it and how did you identify the swings and manage them? I'm still trying to grapple with the condition and live a fruitful life.
My partner has mentioned she find it tough dealing with me on my highs and i do get out of control on either spectrum.
I don't have it but i have dated someone that has it, my best friend of years has it and my dad is extreme in his, he woudlnt take his medication and dealt with major issues. It tought me how to be compassinate and more understanding for those that do suffer. i get that it's something people whom do have it can;t control.
being the other in that pair can be trying but you also have to have a pretty good understanding of what's going on, has she read up on it and what happens when you cycle? i suggest, guiding her in that direction if she hasn't. co-counciling can help as well.
you will for sure need someone understanding, paitent and strong, they can't let you walk over them or be co-dependated with you, that won't help at all.
Also the drinking/drugs magnifies it so if you are doing either please do it sparingly 🙂
@firstdecantaurianwoman i did and will still do so if my partner has it. I just didn't know how to know them well enough back when i was younger. My past partners were the one who helped me grow as a person.
@justagirl yes she has read up extensively on it but practical experience is always different. I tried guiding her. The only thing is that its emotional urges, especially the highs. I'd just go on a tangent and do activities and stop only affer it is done. Then i realise i'm going too fast in doing things.
Has anyone done self-exploratory methods to manage themselves, like what you did to know yourself better with the condition? I wake up some days feeling like a different person and questioning who i am due to the chemical imbalances.

So I am wondering if anyone else in this forum has scoliosis, specifically levoscoliosis - but if you have any of the other forms, you're welcome to this thread too.
I'd like to know if any of you who have this condition have a regime that you follow,
I had a miscarriage in 2014. I seen blood clots before when I had my periods. But the size of them scare me. Female issues run on my dads side of the family. My grandma had a hysterectomy around the age I'm at. I'm scared I might have female issues that

So I didn't know where to put this topic so I figured the health forum was the closest to my situation. I went into a place to get a couple of sandwiches made for myself and my mom for lunch. Immediately I zeroed in on a young guy who was fidgeting
