Well it's pretty common for people who suffer from anxiety disorders to also have fatigue

There is only so long the body can produce adrenaline before it dissipates and you feel exhausted.

Think of it this way- before your panic attacks- Did you ever spend the day doing things that scared you? Like, spending the day cliff jumping, or riding roller coasters. How did you feel that night? Or the following day?

Probley really exhausted.

If you think your anxiety is related to diet, than fo sure- do it up. But there is only so long you can blame outside sources for the way you feel, before taking responsibility for your own emotions.

also dis makes sad panda- Limited fruits (berries, avocado, olives, lemon juice) 😢

I couldn't survive!

This is very true I have been trying to channel my emotions lately I got Reki done last week and I feel like I am more in control it is so strange because before I would just love with it feeling like nothing I do will work feeling defeated I refuse to be a victim to myself anymore
