I would like to know for anyone who is a health advisor, anyone who is working on their own health or anyone who is gym buff to provide me any personal advise.
im going to the gym 3 days away for an Hour long HIIT work out.
Each workout focuses on Upper Body, Cardio or Lower body so im getting all the muscles.
i go out dancing on the weekends too and consider that mini cardio
i don't drink often and when i do its usually carbs - vodka and water.
here is my issue. eating. i want to eat food that is going to benefit my workouts and in turn transform my body in a limited period of time.
what does everyone eat on a daily basic? or what i eat on a daily basis?
meal ideas as well as a time schedule of when i should be eating what.
