I do believe the words at the bottom that read, Add New Topic, "actually" means to make a new topic. Doesn't seem complicated.

For you to say that you someone to actually respond to query, when you haven't even made your own post (until this one, which didn't seem to complicate your mind to doso) ... makes so no sense.

How can you justify being indiginant about being ignored if you've never even properly entered the room?

I would say that is definitely the Scorpio Rising of thinking it's superiour and is so deserving that it has a right to demand, while having a Cancer Sun thinking it's a helpless victim who has no control of its circumstances.
