Technically speaking the —Duncanexposed?? should be the main attraction to any visitor not the —message board??. The —message board?? is an additional service.

i dont mind the header logo on the homepage but the animation is driving me flipping nuts! i feel like it might trigger an epileptic fit. my god...animation—? dude seriously, not in the header. over kill for sure. at best, you should do a rotating image script. dynamic drive might have one that triggers a new image on each page reload. but the animation has got to go.

and tate is right. the users link is at the bottom but it needs to be in the top navigation as well.

Hello "user". You have "x" unread messages --- should be linkable to the mailbox. right now, you have to click on the users tab to get to the mailbox. that's two clicks. as a webmaster you're supposed to go for ease so one click, one load. far quicker and counter-intuitive.

A link to mailbox from "x" unread, that tubby mentioned is a very* senseable idea. I've often wondered that myself.
