I think that if a person decides that they want their content hidden, then this should include it in it's entirety. If you can put a link there, I think it would be beneficial to the users here when they see that whatever they said that made them want to hide it ... that nobody has the ability to see it.

In the posts where the quote exists, it can just say the post was hidden.
