Other updates in settings

How do I alter this? I have VB appearing on this page and I think everywhere she has been onsite. I dont know how she got there but want to know how to alter it. Also where is the help section so I can understand all the settings have to offer.

Oh but why? And if it is just that then why isnt anyone elses threads jumping up on my updates?

Ahh yes, I just deleted VB and up popped Nefer. Oh well, it's not really hurting. I just didnt understand why she had appeared and also scorpius underneath my avatar.

I looked around and couldn't find a help section to learn how it all works.

Mmm... that's not our threads.. that's our Status Updates.. that nifty little new thingy available under our default photo on our own profile page called "THE LATEST"... VB changes hers a lot. Me, only once. Obviously, your other Faves also don't change theirs that much LOL

Ahhhh the penny finally dropped, i have scorpius under my latest updates so if I update that statis bar then it will change everytime I do this...sort of like FB!! Doh, heeee I dont know why I have Scorpius there and when I did it, must have been a few months back!
