Reading birth chart

I’m new to reading birth charts. And pointers you can give to learning this. I’m trying to predict pregnancy in my future.

I'm not as good as a tarot/psychic reader on YouTube, as in I don't really know if you can even predict pregnancy. I think that's more to do with tarot cards/reading itself! But do you know at least the basics of what each planet represents in your birth chart?

e.g. Mercury = communication, Moon = Emotions.
