maybe it's just me. but i think the default settings on this site should be more realistic.
ie. verbatim text (not candy-assed up. that's some bullbutter right there)
full messaging (i don't think it makes sense to be able to send a message to someone that can't respond)
i get the point that some of that makes this site unique and friendly, but i think it's more straight forward to show your hand instead of slowly finding out what your really dealing with.
let's say someone reads what i post and thinks " hmmm... this guy's got something to say... and he's so nice about it "
when in reality i'm just cursing my fucking ass off but the filter is fucking pussifying it up.
or let's say i'm new and just reading something that piques my interest. and i send a fucking message to someone, but i can't get a response because the fucking default settings don't allow it.
