Maybe you guys can shed some light for me? Three months ago I started working with this younger man, he's 23, I'm 27. At first he was flirty as heck had to be around me all the time even though we usually work on opposite sides of the restaurant he had to be near me. He hinted at me about another girl never any details just "I keep forgetting to ask this girl out" he later asked me out but flaked without so much as a text. I found out he was tired later which I assumed was normal since he works 2 jobs. We started texting stupid pictures this and that one night we had drinks he ended up staying over no fun stuff and we watched movies until 7 the next morning. A few weeks later he asked me for drinks with him and his best friend at his bfs new place which was really fun. Then suddenly he hasn't really texted me and he seems to ignore me at work unless II'm close to him or I'm talking to another guy and then he has to have my attention. I tested my theory by teasing back to see if he would acknowledge me which he did both tickling the back of my neck and later scaring me, I even caught him listening to me sing (badly albeit) to songs at work. We walk home the same way and he has no problem being silly and talking asking how my life's going etc but still won't ask me out. I messaged him to tell him how I feel about him hoping to get an answer even if it's not one I want. He has read it that much I know but no response. Am I being stupid and just fell for an attention seekers tricks?
