I have a Leo rising and I am so this way .. obsessively, actually. I've turned around from driving somewhere to back home if I suspect something is out of place.

If my husband folds clothes, I'll go behind him and re-do it. My pens have to all be facing a certain direction in their holder, if a fork gets put in the drawer facing downwards instead up .. I'll freak.

And the bed .. OMG .. the husband won't even attempt to make the bed because inevitably, it will be wrong .. and HE'S the friggin Virgo !!! Without a doubt, I would say my Leo rising makes me more of a perfectionist than him, for if everything isn't even, I freak out.

Or, maybe it's just because I'm psychotic.

I must agree; I'm helping out someone while I'm in between projects and I've just been plain lazy these past two weeks until today I did A LOT of work for her...I kinda enjoyed my vacation at work.

The fork thing? I have the same issue. If I get help with dishes or laundry; I'm complaining that the forks were not stacked in the drawer and the laundry wasn't folded quick enough to have less wrinkles.

It's gotten worse over the past 5 years...Drink wine - this may help someone told me.

let me think...yeah, i'm definitely a perfectionist. basically how i deal with it is to just take a deep breath sometimes and remind myself that trying to achieve perfection all the time is too stressful. some chaos in life isn't necessarily a bad thing.

i'm not the best person to ask how to cope with perfectionism, though, because i definitely need to work on that muhself.

Technical jargon?...I thought that was G(r)eek... 😉

But I need a smoke nonetheless...

I think the nerds just get off on the fact that a hot chick can understand what they're talking about. And pretends to care. And doesn't find it odd that the grease from their stringy, unwashed hair is slowly oozing down their temple and forming a hieroglyphic message on their pit-stained Goodwill shirt right above the pocket protector...
