Honestly tho....it's a tough mix. Obviously...I'm not a leo sun but I imagine the Scorp rising might make him more cautious and scorp like....he'll have the leo moments especially when hes around people that make him comfortable. There will be something about him tho...so he'll be extra magnetic imo. Since moon is your emotions...being virgo along with the rising...he might not be very forthcoming in that Dept. But the cancer Venus may help there....can really depend on how his chart is aspected.
