Do Leo men usually give lots of compliments?

First; hello all. 🙂

I was just wondering if Leo men compliment strangers a lot? I've always heard that male or female, Leo's adore receiving compliments, but never the other way around. So I thought I would ask you fine lot here in the Leo section to give me some straight answers...and I only ask because:

The other day I was out with some friends and this guy (who I had never met before, but knew one of my other friends as an acquaintance) came up to us and started talking. He went down the line of my friends (all females), and asked their names, being very friendly and kind, but also kind of a jokester. And when he came to me, he was very nice. I'm pretty shy, so I didn't say much. He immediately started complimenting me on my eyes. I said a polite 'thank you,' but he didn't stop there. He kept going on and on about it. I felt slightly uncomfortable because all my friends started giving me teasing looks...but I must say it made me feel good!

So is this natural of a Leo guy; to keep on complimenting over and over?

Yes! Leos give lots of compliments and when mine first met me he gave me lots of complimets and I was like whoa buddy because I came first INSTANTLY which has never happened so I had to run and get help LOL! Thru DXP and books, he put it in his headline on his blog, he put it on my blog, lots of compliments with a heavy affectionate energy swirling around it, they are fire signs so the energy they give when complimenting can be awesome but me being a reserved Aqua was like whoa, I'm scared, hey stop that!

I came to like it of course but yes they are charming and sincere with compliments and they mean it but remember they are fire signs and the flame dies down so ENJOY it when you receive it.

I'm a Sidreal Leo; (that has to count for SOMETHING!) I give credit/compliments where they're due; and usually, you have to do something worth paying attention to in order to get a compliment out of me; If you're down and out, I'll reafirm you and let you know who you are, but if it gets to be too much like I'm building you up, I'll stop because that's saying you don't believe it, and you just want me to constantly come to your rescue.

LOL Exalted you sound like a TRUE Virgo and I know many...Compliments with you guys have to be pulled out with pliars....But I agree with my fellow lionesses...HES SINCERE....We do love compliments but we love to give them too...we love to make people feel good about themselves and if we feel you are the finest thing we have ever seen walk the earth we will let you know....I feel unlike most signs we do not worry about whether or not we appear like we are "sweating" you ...we say EXACTLY how we feel and hold nothing back...especially if we have some liquor in our system.....type A personalities we are...aggressive...up front and we like those qualities in a person also...I say he's being real with his thoughts/feelings
