So I work with this girl and on Saturday she undid her bun and asked me to redo it for her and when I said I was busy she responded with "but I want you to do it" Does this mean she wanted me to play with her hair cause she likes me or does she just see me as a friend?

She's being playful. It's safe to say that she may be testing the waters. No need to overthnk it. If she had no interest in you whatsoever, she wouldn't want you touching her. Just be aware that she may be flirting and testing you at the same time. Tease her and keeping things light. If you're interested in her invite her out (just the two of you).

Gosh if she did that to me I'd be flirting to hell and back! lol. Best thing in the world is to butter up a Leo woman so hard that her eyes light up enough to power half the city lol
