Emotional roller-coaster by myself
Does it count if it's about someone else? Lately I've had someone on my mind and deciding about giving up or waiting. Today was the first day I've keep myself occupied so it's been pretty stable.

Have been working for years on my own personal development and then started a relationship that was just all over the place with someone who needed assistance in their own development. I sort of forgot about myself to be there for him and now am trying to get myself back in check while still trying to be strong and supportive of him.

I'm feeling this roller coaster too but it's because my Mom lied to me...again. I feel like dropping everything and just go and disappear. I feel like cutting ties forever from needy parents and siblings who are never there when I need them anyway. My blessings are theirs but theirs are theirs alone. My family is totally a predator.
