Any tips on getting a Libra man?

I've been attempting to get help at the Libra forum but seeing as they find it hard to understand my overthinking Leo mind, I thought I should try here.

This guy has been flirting with me since August. By flirting I mean, staring at me from afar. Until he finally had the guts to come over in October and I introduced myself. Then he started with his Libra smoothness and flirtation. But I was my Leo self and was very straightforward with him for a moment (purely sexual, non-emotional) and he took a step back. Now he's slowly starting to flirt again and I'm trying to take things slower now too. He's insanely on and off. The other day he completely blanked my existence in the evening (even went and flirted with other girls in front of me) but was flirting with me hours before that and also seemed to be very jealous when I was later sitting alone with a male friend. I decided not to be a hunter this time and didn't approach him myself since I gathered, if he wants my attention he should come and get it.
But he's only at my workplace for 2 more weeks and so, I want to make this move quicker..

Advice is welcome 🙂

Suppose so. So if in two weeks, just before they leave, he doesn't make that move then I just say goodbye? A part of me wants to lay the cards on the table and tell him the truth, I don't feel like I've got much to lose since I probably will never see him again after unless we decide to keep in touch. But maybe I should just suggest I'd like to keep in touch? As he proved with the whole introduction thing - he's not really good at making the first move..

I was sort of where you are...not a Libra dude but Libra dominant (like me). For various and correct reasons I didn't chase (different circumstances and I would have) and nothing ever came of it. Lots of flirting but without me going in for the kill which I decided wasn't the right thing to do, we moved along and he never stepped up. He might've said the same about me but it's probably better that neither of us did.

Haha Libra men will be the death of me. This is what I've learnt. They will flirt aggressively, and then once they've got you hooked, they will take a step back to assess the situation. This step back will be a disappearing act of well... anywhere between a week to a month to a few months.

It's crazy but once they return, they will act like they never left and expect to pick up where they left off.

But once they've fallen for you, they will be completely yours. Faithful, attentive and always around. So much so, you may wish they'd disappear.

They are very slow in the beginning so yeah you need a LOT of patience. As a Leo, this is why I say Libra men will be the death of me.
