You are such friendly, honest and caring people. Leos already get a bad rap and honestly, I think it is a little unfair. Leos in general, tend to be pretty great and caring people--until they get led astray by something or someone, then they can be loyal to a fault if it is not 'best for them.' Lego's (Leo-Virgo cuspers), you people get it even worse. So, maybe you have a few pride issues. Maybe you do have a big ego sometimes. Big whoop! Most of you aren't really ashamed of admitting at least part of it. That alone is respectable to me
You might be a little critical of yourself, we all are. But, you sometimes are 'too critical' of yourself. You can be bold one moment, subdued the next. Expressive in the now, then slow to show your feelings later, and that is ok. But, don't let your perceived need for 'privacy' or fear of inadequacy get in the way of allowing you to let people in who genuinely care about you. Don't be so suspicious that someone might be trying to take advantage of you or mislead you 'all the time.' Some will, and if we aren't careful, you might let the wrong one(s) in and block the right one(s) out. Don't let fear cloud your intuition and sound judgement.
Working hard is great, but take time out and nurture all aspects of yourself--physically, mentally and spiritually. Enjoy yourself. Even take the time to let someone else care for you, maybe. Being cared for, it is not dependency. It takes strength to put those walls down and allow someone to nurture you. And I know you'd like that feeling of relaxing in the arms of one who cares for you deeply and totally. What else...learn to do what you love. Draw nearer to people who make you smile and make your light shown. Follow your heart and try to make your life the dream you've always wanted. Everyone's perception of you doesn't really matter. Live for yourself and you'll live wonderfully. I'm smitten, really.
