Go Big...Or Go Home?

I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I'm just curious if other Leos are this way too.

For example, I'm considering switching jobs. My "issue" is that I won't be enticed to break my loyalty unless it's well worth it. Like a decent pay increase, better benefits, hours, etc. I feel most people would switch just for one of those to be better.

im like that too.so dont sweat it. sometimes im loyal to jobs who in the end, isnt very loyal to their employees. but you live and learn. its always good to have a leo on your team

That's exactly the point. I'm loyal to them when everyone else isn't. However, my new boss is a leo so that's benefiting me already 🙂
