Then tell him no, you have your answer already. You don't owe him an explanation so why bother entertaining him and giving him more than a simple answer? Simply say "No thank you" if he doesn't like it tell him for your bday, you want him to leave you alone lol

you are to funny i think with me just being cool friends with him and never get ithhim will be more then enough ... I know my own sign i love and its hard to let go but when i let go friend zone is where you will forever be... and plus i met a libra guy hope this one works

ALSO just to point out, if he's contacting you to take you out on your birthday, its most likely he's going to do just that..he wants your attention.and he wants to know what's been going on wiith you since you both havve last spoke. He wants.to know whT your up to, who your possibly seeing. If you say yes this is what your going to encounter
If you say no he's just going to try again. Leos are persistent. They are eventually get what they want.when they want it. Also if leo guy knows about libra guy he's going to get jealous and start to.act poessive of you. He's going to mmake sure libra guyy knows his boundaries. If you two still hve feelings for eqch other, this is how he starts plotting his way to getting back in your life. Plus he means well if he's willing to take you out for your birthday.
