If a leo man is not chasing you = not interested?

We live in different parts of the country and have skyped a few times, but the leo doesn't really text in between.
He is busy with school but if he was interested in more than friendship I would know right?

Not really.. My leo friend said he doesnt like to be seen as a "chaser" in the beginning, but once he knows ur interested.. he will show his other side if hes interested as well

From my observations, there are 2 types of Leo men (and not much in between):

1) There are the confident ones who know who and what they want. These ones enjoy the chase.

2) There are the shy, quiet ones who won't necessarily overtly chase you as a sign of interest.
